HBV-100 Vertical Domestic Waste Incinerator
Our company independently developed and manufactured HBV-100 series vertical waste incinerator products, automatic fuel injection combustion mode replaced coal-fired incinerator. The exhaust gas from incineration is purified and dedusted, so that the exhaust gas meets the latest national standard GB18485-2001. It integrates automatic feeding, screening, drying, incineration, ash removal, dust removal and automatic control. Scope of application: domestic waste, medical waste, general industrial waste.
Technological innovation
Using alkaline electromagnetically catalyzed water as smoke dust collector, the desulfurization and dust removal rate reaches 99.99%. The electromagnetically catalyzed water does not need to be maintained as a whole. There is no leakage in the operation process, and it has high sealing performance. It also does not need to cool the flue gas and filter the water vapor, so that the flue gas can be directly purified, the operation is convenient, and the floor area is small. Compared with dust removal, the cost of the bag filter is only 1/10 of the cost.
