How to deal with waste residues has become a big problem. With the acceleration of urban construction and development, urban construction waste is also increasing. At present, the construction waste produced in the construction and decoration and demolition of our district has become a major problem in garbage treatment. If the garbage is crushed as a renewable resource and fully utilized, it can not only solve the problem of garbage treatment, but also make construction garbage disposal possible. Recycling.
Each coal mine produces a large amount of waste residue - coal gangue every year. Because of the few ways of utilization, coal gangue is in the state of stacking, which provides abundant raw materials for brick making. Brick-making with coal gangue is the development trend of brick-making industry in China. This project has low cost, energy saving and land resources protection. It is an environmental protection project encouraged by the state and has broad market prospects.
Fly ash is one of the industrial waste residues with large discharge capacity in China. At present, the annual discharge capacity of fly ash in China has reached 30 million tons. With the development of power industry, the fly ash emission of coal-fired power plants increases year by year. A large number of fly ash without treatment will produce dust and pollute the atmosphere; if discharged into the water system, it will cause River siltation, and toxic chemicals will also cause harm to human and biological. Therefore, the treatment and utilization of fly ash has attracted wide attention. In 1992, our company cooperated with Suzhou Wangting Power Plant to build the first domestic fly ash brick production line.
Perlite is a naturally occurring silicon-bearing ore. When it is rapidly heated to its softening point of about 1000 C, its volume will expand to 10-30 times its original volume. The micro-porous perlite powder (bulk material) has the characteristics of low bulk density, excellent cold and heat insulation, non-toxic and non-polluting. Widely used in building roof, wall, cold storage, granary and basement thermal insulation and brick engineering.
Because the wet process is widely used to treat blast furnace slag in China and the steel output is mainly converter steel, blast furnace water slag and converter steel slag are the main comprehensive utilization content of steel slag. According to the different physical and chemical properties of blast furnace slag and converter slag, there are many ways to utilize its tailings. From domestic and foreign practice, steel slag tailings can be widely used in building materials, construction, agriculture and other fields. Iron and steel slag can be used as raw materials for bricks, blocks and building materials. In brick, block and building material products, the content of iron and steel slag is more than 80%. The strength and durability of products are higher than clay brick and fly ash brick. It has the following advantages: volume density and water absorption are similar to clay brick; it can produce unburned brick, save energy consumption, reduce cost, and has significant environmental, economic and social benefits.
In the 1990s, our company put into technical force to study the relevant technology of making bricks from waste materials. Using environmental protection brick-making machine equipment, we added waste slag (such as incinerated slag, fly ash, coal slag, steel slag, construction waste, coal gangue, ceramsite, perlite and other related wastes) to make hollow bricks without burning by adding cement and crushed stone. Machine bricks, color pavement bricks and other office building materials products, greatly reducing the phenomenon of waste piled up mountain issuance, but also save environmental protection.
